Ryan Benson is a Partner in the Chicago office. His practice focuses on a variety of litigation matters including employment, commercial litigation, disability discrimination and technology law.
Ryan has represented clients in numerous employment matters to date while at the firm. He is willing and able to defend clients in all types of employment lawsuits and administrative complaints filed in state and federal courts. Ryan has handled everything from small wage and hour claims, to claims of discrimination based on all protected classes, including numerous sexual harassment lawsuits.
Ryan has also handled numerous lawsuits around the country brought against companies under the Americans with Disabilities Act related to website accessibility and accessibility claims generally. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding website accessibility and has advised numerous companies on how to help make their websites accessible and access standards.
In addition to litigation, Ryan also advises clients on many corporate transactional matters, including employment agreements.
Ryan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the Central/Northern District of Illinois. Ryan has represented clients in courts in Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, California, Florida, Colorado, Alabama, Michigan and Massachusetts.

Education and Admissions
Ryan attended DePaul University College of Law (Class of 2013) where he received the Law Merit Scholarship . During law school, Ryan worked in the legal departments for two large corporations. In his final year of law school, Ryan worked at O’Hagan Meyer during the day while taking night classes and has been with the firm ever since. For his undergraduate education, Ryan attended Arizona State University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies.
