Erica Rocush is a partner in the San Francisco office of O’Hagan Meyer. Erica devotes her legal practice to management-side employment advice and counseling. Her clients range from small partnerships to large international companies, and they operate across multiple industries, including construction, professional services, manufacturing, education, retail, hospitality and healthcare.

Erica dedicates her practice to advising employers on all aspects of employer-employee relationship, including wage and hour compliance, paid sick leave laws, performance documentation and management, leaves of absence, the interactive process, hiring, and terminations. She advises and counsels clients on best practices for avoiding litigation and on employee-related policies and procedures. She conducts wage and hour audits; drafts, revises and updates all aspects of employment-related documents, including handbooks, offer letters, leave paperwork, onboarding paperwork, and severance agreements.

She also conducts exemption status analysis, advises on WARN Act compliance, advises on the legal risks related to discipline and termination decisions, and counsels on reasonable accommodation and leave questions. She also regularly provides training to employers and managers on employment law compliance.
