Elaine M. McCormick is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group at O’Hagan Meyer. Elaine represents clients in a variety of employment matters including wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
Elaine graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. While in law school, she obtained a concentration in Capital Lawyering and interned at the Public Defender. Elaine also has experience in international business law.
Elaine won several awards in law school, including the Stauffer Charitable Trust Writing Competition and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. One of her most formative experiences during law school was studying under former Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States in Salzburg, Austria.
