- Professional Overview Brooks Cain is an Associate Attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Richmond office and focuses his practice primarily within the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice groups. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Brooks served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable David L. Russell of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Brooks graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and recognized as a 2022 Holloway Scholar by the Oklahoma City chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Brooks received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, where he majored in Economics and Human & Organizational Development.
