Tristan Hills is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment practice group at O’Hagan Meyer’s Sacramento Office. Tristan represents clients in a variety of employment matters, including wage and hour litigation, PAGA actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Tristan gained experience representing both private and public entities in a range of employment-related matters, including spearheading employee investigations and terminations, defending unfair practice claims in front of the Public Employment Relations Board, and assisting with labor disputes and union negotiations. Tristan also assisted employers with conducting Cal/OSHA investigations and citation appeals, arguing administrative claims before the Department of Labor and the California Labor Commissioner’s Office, as well as all manner of related labor and employment litigation.
While in law school at the University of Santa Clara, Tristan was recognized by the Center for Social Justice and Public Service for his pro bono work with the California Innocence Project, the Sacramento Public Defender’s Office, the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department’s Prisoner Legal Services, and the Santa Clara Expungement Clinic.
