    Thomas Eastmond is a Partner at O’Hagan Meyer and practices with the Labor and Employment practice group. He represents startup, mid-level, and large companies in a wide range of employment disputes including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Eastmond was general counsel to a transportation and manufacturing company, and prior to that, an attorney with an international law firm. His wide-ranging experience, in addition to employment law, includes general commercial, corporate and real estate litigation, public contracting, bankruptcy, First Amendment and public-entity liability, and construction and development.

    He is admitted to and has practiced before the United States Supreme Court, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he handled cases resulting in multiple published opinions.
