Blyth has over thirty-three years of experience handling labor and employment and other legal matters throughout California, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims in both state and federal courts. Stan has represented employers of all sizes in the full spectrum of litigation.

    Over his career as a litigator, Stan has built a strong reputation for litigation excellence as lead trial counsel. He has argued cases in courts at every level from trial courts to the California Supreme Court. He has successfully tried numerous jury cases, court trials and binding arbitrations and he has obtained pro hac vice admission to litigate cases around the United States, including the federal courts in Colorado, Iowa and New Mexico.
