Ms. Fredrick is an experienced litigator representing clients in construction and business litigation.

Ms. Fredrick provides the unique perspective of having worked several years as defense counsel for general contractors and developers followed by several years representing plaintiff homeowners in construction defect matters where she handled 50-75 cases at a given time.  She has experience taking these matters from inception to trial and/or mediation and settlement.  Ms. Fredrick also has extensive experience in successfully handling a wide variety of other civil matters including business litigation, incorporations, real estate transactions, and general liability from inception of the case through trial.

During law school Ms. Fredrick served as Symposia Editor for the Whittier Law Review and was a National competitor, External Justice, and member of the Moot Court Honors Board.  She is a published author in the area of medical malpractice and was the sole recipient of the ABOTA litigation fellowship for her law school in 1999.  She had been a member of the Robert A. Banyard American Inn of Court for several years.  During law school Ms. Fredrick served as a Legal Research Assistant for the Honorable Justice Edward Wallin, of the California Court of Appeal, Division 3.

Ms. Fredrick also holds a California broker’s license which gives her a broad and useful perspective in real estate related issues.  Ms. Fredrick previously worked as a Deputy County Counsel for the County of Orange where she handled dozens of bench trials in dependency matters.  She has also handled several unlawful detainer actions through trial.
