Shannon Reny is an associate in the Portland, Oregon, office of O’Hagan Meyer, working within the firm's Labor & Employment practice. They graduated from Montana State University Billings with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance. They went on to earn their Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School.

Before law school, Shannon attended undergrad and played basketball at Montana State University Billings. During the summers, they worked rebuilding and maintaining trails with the Forest Service as well as managing and operating a seasonal food truck in Missoula, Montana.

While attending law school, Shannon worked in a variety of settings, including with businesses in the Portland area through the Small Business Legal Clinic and clerked at a few different firms. Right after law school, Shannon was a judicial clerk to Judge Beth Allen and then Judge Adele Ridenour at the Multnomah County Circuit Courthouse in downtown Portland.

In their spare time, Shannon enjoys catching a concert, playing basketball, cheering on the Portland Thorns and Portland Fire, and spending slow mornings in a coffee shop.
