- Professional Overview Ryan Greene is an associate attorney in the O’Hagan Meyer San Francisco Office in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mr. Greene’s extensive litigation experience allows him to offer methodical, creative, and effective legal solutions. His practice encompasses all labor and employment claims, such as discrimination, workplace harassment, workplace retaliation, wrongful termination, and a wide variety of business and civil litigation cases. Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Greene was an Assistant District Attorney with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and served as Enforcement Counsel at the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). While in law school, Mr. Greene received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for: Evidence, Professional Responsibility, Legal Analysis. He also earned recognition for Specializations in the fields of Business, Privacy, and Public Interest law. Mr. Greene was also recognized for his work in cryptocurrency and securities enforcement while at the DFPI. Outside of work, Mr. Greene enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
