  • Professional Overview

    Rashal Baz Zureikat is an attorney in the Chicago office of O’Hagan Meyer. Her practice focuses on the representation of management in a range of labor and employment law matters and includes a variety of single plaintiff, class action, and wage and hour work in both State and Federal Court.

    Rashal represents and counsels clients in employment law matters including race, age, national origin, sex, and disability discrimination and retaliation in both single-plaintiff and class contexts. She advises clients in many industries, including industrial, staffing, technology, construction and retail.  Rashal’s experiences also include drafting employee policies, master service agreements, pyrotechnic compliance regulations and advising clients regarding such policies and practices.

    Rashal maintains an active pro bono practice by partnering with organizations such as Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, Cabrini Green Legal Aid, CARPLS, and the National Immigrant Justice Center. Prior to joining the firm, Rashal worked as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Mona Majzoub, Magistrate Judge of the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as corporate software, data and privacy work for SAP’s legal department. She established her career within Seyfarth Shaw’s Labor and Employment department and now concurrently works as an Adjunct Professor for Loyola University Chicago’s Business Law Clinic.

    Rashal currently services as the President for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s Young Professionals Committee of Chicago and is also a National Next Generation Board Member of ALSAC/St. Jude. She has aided numerous businesses and start-ups in establishing their corporate documents and IRC 501(c)(3) status.
