Rachael McMillen is an Associate Attorney at O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Architects & Engineers and Commercial and Business Litigation practice groups.

Rachael graduated cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Business and Law Society. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Rachael worked as a trial attorney in Indiana and Kentucky, where she focused on general tort, municipal liability, and civil rights defense, handling a wide range of complex litigation matters.
