Patrick Yoo is an Associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Orange County office.  Mr. Yoo’s practice focuses primarily on financial services litigation, securities litigation, professional liability, and general civil and business litigation.  Mr. Yoo has experience defending registered representatives, financial advisors, and broker-dealers, as well as life insurance companies and their agents in court and in arbitration.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Yoo was an associate at an Atlanta-based defense firm specializing in financial services litigation, securities and business litigation, and professional liability.  Mr. Yoo has also litigated employment claims as a plaintiff’s attorney. During law school, Mr. Yoo served as an extern for both the Cornell Law School Labor Clinic, and for the Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office.  Upon graduation, Mr. Yoo served as a clerk to the Hon. Paul M. DePascale of the Hudson Vicinage Superior Court, New Jersey.
