Oscar serves as Of Counsel on the firm’s Labor and Employment Team where he brings over 27 years of legal experience handling a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. He has managed and litigated cases involving construction defects, professional liability, labor and employment, retail/hospitality, transportation, business/contract disputes, and personal injury claims in state and federal courts throughout California.

Oscar also served as General Counsel for several technology-related start-up companies, advising his high-tech clients in a broad scope of legal matters, including drafting and negotiating various commercial and technology-related agreements, corporate formation and compliance, and counseling clients in numerous transactions to balance their legal risks with their business objectives.
