Mitchell McCarthy is an Associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Orange County office, where he represents clients in labor and employment matters. His practice focuses on defending businesses and employers in disputes involving wage and hour claims. Mitchell is also fluent in Spanish.

Mitchell earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. During law school, he externed for the Hon. Karen S. Crawford at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the Hon. John Houston at the same court.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, graduating with a degree in International Studies.
