Max Beermann is a litigation associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Philadelphia and New Jersey Offices where his practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and business litigation matters and the defense of professional liability, employment, product defect and premises liability actions. In addition to that practice, he is actively involved in the Firm’s Sports & Entertainment Practice Group keeping up to date with the emerging Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy and counseling NIL Collectives, Universities, Sponsors, and Student Athletes.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Beermann served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Randal C. Chiocca in the Chancery Part of the New Jersey State Superior Court.
Mr. Beermann earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review. He graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and served as a member of the Villanova baseball team.
Mr. Beermann is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
