Mary Grace Miller is a litigation associate in the firm's Richmond, Virginia office. She represents clients in a range of disputes in state and federal courts and before alternative dispute resolution forums. Mary Grace also guides clients through the EEOC process.
Prior to joining the firm, Mary Grace worked for two years as an assistant attorney general in the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia. In that role, Mary Grace served as counsel to a state agency, primarily defending state employees in Section 1983 constitutional claims in federal court.
Mary Grace earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Richmond where she also served as Manuscripts Editor of the Law Review. Mary Grace served as a law clerk to the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., U.S. District Judge in the Eastern District of Virginia. She also worked as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit’s Office of Staff Counsel.
Mary Grace earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Dickinson College.
