Ms. Larkin is an attorney in the Philadelphia office of O’Hagan Meyer. Ms. Larkin focuses on civil litigation matters, including construction defect litigation, products liability, premises liability and other general liability litigation. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Larkin represented creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters, represented credit unions in foreclosures and collection matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and handled complex commercial litigation and civil litigation cases. She is experienced in federal and state court litigation, including complex litigation trials, motion practice, and negotiating settlements. She appeared in Main Line Today, August 2013, as # 2 Bankruptcy Attorney.
Ms. Larkin graduated magna cum laude from Widener Delaware School of Law. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with High Distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. While in law school, she worked as an extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and was a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s office. She was also a senior staff member on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law Review and was the recipient of the Lucinda L. Peipher Award in International Law.
Ms. Larkin is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
