Kate is an Associate Attorney in the Chicago office of O’Hagan Meyer.
She has represented employers in discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, state EEO agencies, OSHA, in Illinois. She also represents small businesses, financial services companies, not-for-profit corporations, including condominium associations and Board of Directors in various professional liability litigation.

Education and Admissions
Kate received her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in 2016. She graduated magna cum laude and achieved status as a member of the Order of the Coif. She was a member of the Tulane Law Review, the Environmental Law Society, and served as Secretary for the Federal Bar Association for two years. Kate was also selected to serve as a senior fellow to the first-year law students in their legal research and writing class and gained clinical experience working on pro bono cases in Tulane’s Environmental Law Clinic.
Kate received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Louisiana State University in 2012, graduating magna cum laude. She was a member of Mortar Board National Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, Phi Sigma Theta Honors Society, Phi Alpha Theta – History Honor Society, Eta Sigma Phi – Latin Honor Society, and National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Kate is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and for the federal judiciary for the Northern District of Illinois.
