Karlee Gordon is an Associate Attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Richmond Office. Her practice primarily focuses on labor and employment matters, homeowners and condominium association disputes, professional liability claims, and civil litigation. Karlee uses prior civil defense litigation experience to assess the applicability of key legal issues and develop effective defensive strategies for her clients.
While attending William & Mary Law School, Karlee served on the Editorial Board of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and on the Executive Board of the William & Mary Moot Court Team. Karlee earned several awards for her appellate advocacy skills on William & Mary’s Moot Court Team, including Best Oralist at Fordham University’s Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition, winner of William & Mary’s Intrateam Competition, and Semifinalist of both West Virginia University’s National Energy & Sustainability Moot Court Competition and Regent University’s National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Karlee enjoyed her experience externing for the Honorable Theresa M. Chafin of the Supreme Court of Virginia and was awarded for her work as Treasurer of the William & Mary Student Bar Association.
Karlee earned her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the University of North Florida, graduating
summa cum laude as a student of the university’s Honors College. Karlee also participated in O’Hagan Meyer’s 2024 Summer Associate Program.
