Elizabeth Stewart is a dedicated, detailed-oriented attorney with over thirteen years of litigation experience. Elizabeth provides defense in Labor & Employment matters involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secrets, employment contracts, unfair business practices, and ADA claims. She has also practiced in the area of general liability, professional liability, product defect, personal injury, construction defect, and the defense of real estate brokers and other professional licensees.
Elizabeth has implemented and executed effective defense strategies throughout all stages of litigation from pleadings to resolution. She has successfully argued and won demurrers and summary judgment motions on behalf of her clients and successfully negotiated numerous settlements for both simple and complex cases.

She then attended the University of San Diego School of Law where she graduated with a J.D. degree.
