David is a litigation associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago. His practice focuses on defense of product liability litigation, including products liability, breach of warranty, consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices, premises liability, contribution and indemnification. As an associate, David represents auto manufacturers in product liability cases alleging serious personal injury or death.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, David was a litigation associate at a small Plaintiff’s firm where he gained experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters from the initial stage of investigation through discovery, mediation, and trial.
