Daniel assists businesses of all sizes as they address their legal issues, mitigate risk, and comply with federal and state laws. Daniel focuses his practice on providing proactive and preventative counseling and defending businesses throughout the litigation process.

The dual nature of Daniel’s practice allows him to partner with clients to come up with solutions to their legal issues, big and small, while they focus on growing their businesses. From representing Fortune 100 companies to mom-and-pop businesses, Daniel has represented businesses in all aspects of representing and protecting the business that they’ve built hard to build.

Daniel’s litigation experience includes successfully obtaining and defending preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders in matters related to restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and unfair competition throughout the nation. His work before state and federal tribunals and administrative boards, including litigation before state supreme courts and federal courts of appeal ensure that businesses are well represented in all aspects of the litigation process, including in claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under an array of federal and state laws.
