Before joining the firm as an attorney, Dale worked as a law clerk for O’Hagan Meyer. He earned his undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature from the College of William & Mary. During law school, Dale interned with Koonz McKenney Johnson & DePaolis, Miles & Stockbridge, and the chief counsel for U.S. Senator Tim Kaine.
