Christopher Mackey focuses his practice on commercial litigation, professional liability, construction litigation, and other litigated matter. Mr. Mackey represents clients in a large variety of matters including complex commercial actions, contractual disputes, and breaches of professional duty in both State and Federal courts. Mr. Mackey’s experience ensures exceptional and efficient representation of his clients.
Mr. Mackey received his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He focused on exchange rate theory and studied monetary policy at Miami’s campus in Luxembourg. Mr. Mackey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. While there, Mr. Mackey served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Justice David Prosser of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Mr. Mackey also represents both commercial property owners and tenants in matters relating to their lease agreement and other transactions. He represents clients in issues stemming from simple dispute resolution to complex commercial eviction matters. Additionally, Mr. Mackey advises both commercial property owners and tenants in the legal and economic impact of COVID-19 pandemic and assists his clients in navigating the regulations stemming from the pandemic.
Mr. Mackey is an active member of several organizations and charities, including Kids4Cure an organization working to find a cure for ALS.
