Christine C. Lee is a management-side employment attorney defending companies of all sizes across all industries against the full spectrum of employment lawsuits including civil and administrative actions involving wrongful termination, disability/age/sex/national origin discrimination, retaliation, sex harassment/hostile work environment, wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, violation of California Family Rights Act/Family Medical Leave Act and protection of trade secrets. Ms. Lee is an experienced trial lawyer and has represented businesses throughout Northern and Central California through all phases of litigation including through jury trial as lead attorney. Ms. Lee also frequently represents employers in mediations, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Lee regularly serves as outside employment counsel for companies and human resource professionals providing preventative advice on all aspects of employment law compliance, employee contracts, employee classification, and employee performance management and terminations. Ms. Lee also drafts employee handbooks, policies and manuals, confidentiality agreements, and separation agreements.
