Christina McClernon is an associate in the Chicago office of O’Hagan Meyer. Christina’s practice focuses on products liability defense and professional liability defense, including legal malpractice, accountant malpractice, and related matters. Christina regularly litigates in federal and state court on all types of complex commercial disputes.
Christina formerly served as the first Chief Ethics Officer for the State of Illinois, where she was responsible for conducting internal and external investigations of alleged ethical misconduct and for advising 30+ State agencies, boards, and commissions on ethics and compliance matters. In 2018, Christina assisted in creating and administering the State’s first annual sexual harassment prevention training under the Ethics Act for more than 50,000 employees and officials.

Christina received her Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School in 2014. She received her Bachelor of the Arts summa cum laude in History and Anthropology from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 2011.
