Brennan Hughes, Jr. is an Associate in the Los Angeles Office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of its Labor & Employment Practice. His practice specializes in Wage & Hour Class Actions and representative lawsuits pursuant to the California Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”). He also defends employers against claims brought by individual employees involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation.

Mr. Hughes received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he served as a Primary Editor for the Global Studies Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
