Anthony Romano is an Associate in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer. He represents employers in various employment-related disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, as well as defending complex actions, including class actions and those arising under the Private Attorneys General Act.
Mr. Romano graduated
cum laude from California Western School of Law, where he received five academic excellence awards, including in Trusts and Estates, Immigration Law, Criminal Procedure, Administrative Law, and Entertainment Law. Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Romano gained several years of experience practicing both plaintiff and defendant’s side employment law, giving him a holistic understanding of both ends of the process. Mr. Romano also has experience in litigation, specifically in the areas of business law, contract disputes, and real estate law.
Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Romano held management positions in various small businesses, including food service and retail, and has held a diverse range of jobs, such as server, cook, dishwasher, salesperson, warehouse loader, and landscaper. Mr. Romano prides himself on his ability to relate to and build rapport with his clients, many of whom operate businesses similar to those in which Mr. Romano gained much of his own life experience.
