    Andrew Chiang is an associate in the firm’s Alexandria office, where he represents clients on a wide range of litigation matters in both federal and state courts. He has substantial experience handling complex cases in all stages of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Andrew held various positions in government and private practice with a focus on civil litigation. He had the privilege of completing a judicial clerkship at the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, one of Maryland’s busiest trial courts.

    Andrew is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

    Andrew earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2009, where he served on the editorial board of the Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender and Class. While in law school, he completed internships at the United States Department of Justice, the Circuit Courts of Maryland, and the Maryland General Assembly.

    Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Wesleyan University in 2006.
