Andreas Moghimi-Danesh is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group at O’Hagan Meyer. Andreas represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, involving issues in wage and hour law, PAGA, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, misclassification, and contract.

Andreas graduated from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California. While in law school, Andreas externed for the General Counsel at Austin F.C., where Andreas aided the team as it prepared for its inaugural season in Major League Soccer. Andreas also clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he was awarded the “Law Clerk Extraordinaire” Award. Andreas won several awards participating in national mock trial competitions, including the 2020 National All Star Bracket Challenge, where Andreas placed first in the west coast and second in the United States.

In his free time, Andreas enjoys film production, music composition, and watching sports with his family and friends.
