Amy Qi is an Associate in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of its Labor & Employment practice. Her practice focuses on management-side defense against claims such as harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.

Amy earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, Amy served as President of the Asian Pacific Law Students Association, worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Jayanth Krishnan, and served on the editorial staff of IP Theory. Her legal training includes a summer clerkship in Beijing, a semester studying at the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law, and a year in South Korea as part of her JD/MBA program.

Amy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and earned her B.A. from New York University, where she spent a year studying in Shanghai. Her international background and language skills offer clients valuable insight into the demands of an increasingly global workforce.
