Alexis Sadakane is an Associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Orange County office. She represents employers in single-plaintiff and class action employment cases, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Sadakane worked for a firm in Los Angeles, California, representing employees in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
In law school, Ms. Sadakane competed nationally in three ABA Negotiation and Mediation competitions and internationally represented Pepperdine Law at the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Competition in Paris, France. Additionally, Ms. Sadakane volunteered with Pepperdine Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic representing the underserved community at Los Angeles’ Union Rescue Mission as a student-attorney in matters before the Internal Revenue Service.
